According to online gaming news sources, the new title within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare series that is set to hit the shelves late this year will not feature the spin off game of Zombies that so many have learnt to love.

Although the news will not be a massive shock to those who have followed the series of games throughout their numerous releases due to the fact that the spin off hasn’t featured in either of the previous two games that carried the Modern Warfare name.

We know that the news that Zombies will not be about to appear in the latest announced version either will not be what some of you will want to hear but we have it on good grounds that there will be a more relevant replacement for it. That’s right, you are getting a small spin off, just not Zombies!

According to various computer gaming sites, the new MW3 release will feature a new ‘Spec Ops Survival mode’ which will see players having to work together to fight off waves off enemies, each level increasing in difficulty.

Sound slightly familiar? Yeah we thought so too.

Anyway, a little more news on what has been tipped to be included in the title that is set to leave you wishing that you had taken our advice to pre-order Modern Warfare 3 is that you will have crazed enemies.

What does that mean? Well according to the same sources, you will have to fight off rival troops as they run towards you with explosives attached to their body and rabid dogs that have nothing other than the taste of your blood on their mind.

Sounds great!
